We had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel surrounded by majestic mountains. The location was absolutely stunning and provided a perfect backdrop for our vacation. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room service and housekeeping were impeccable, and we were impressed by the convenience of the grocery shopping service and laundry facilities. Additionally, the airport shuttle and valet parking made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The quality of the ski equipment hire exceeded our expectations, and the tours/ticket assistance made it easy for us to explore the area. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the cozy sitting area, terrace, and patio, as well as the soundproofed rooms that provided a peaceful retreat. The garden furniture added a touch of elegance, and the free toiletries were a nice bonus. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a luxurious touch to our accommodations.

Amazing dinners, truly a gastronomic delight. , the staff was extremely attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding hiking trails and enjoying the beautiful scenery.
This limited the relaxation options in the evenings and left us wanting more in terms of spa facilities.

Spent Christmas with my family and had a great time. the hotel was in a prime location for skiing and there were plenty of trails to choose from. the staff were accommodating and friendly. the food was amazing and had a variety of options. the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The spa closed early, which was disappointing as we were unable to use it as much as we would have liked. the checkout time was too early, making it difficult for us to leave as we had a lot of luggage to carry.
